ReturnsUnopened Product: If the product is unopened you may request an RA number within 14 days of delivery receipt. With a valid RA number you can return the product for and exchange or refund of the purchase price. You will be responsible for all shipping charges including original freight charges. Orders with "Free Shipping" will be charged for the original freight at a rate of $6.99 per item plus $0.50 per pound except on Televisions 42" and above. Televisions 42" and above ship with an LTL Carrier and these rates are significantly more. These returns will be billed the original freight charged by the carrier, on average, $125.00. These fees are charged in order to keep item prices consistently low and are based on the actual cost of shipping.
Defective Product: If the product is found to be defective within fourteen days after receipt of delivery you may return the merchandise for an exchange. You must return the defective product within 14 days of RA number being issued and, include original box, packaging and all accessories. Physical damage does not constitute a product being claimed as defective and all physical damage claims will be denied.
Open Non-Defective Product: To return an open, Non-Defective product you must request a RA number within fourteen days of delivery receipt. ALL RETURNS will be charged a 15% restocking fee. All packaging and accessories must be included and in tact to be eligible for return. The value of any missing parts or packaging will be deducted from the refund. You will be responsible for all shipping charges including original freight charges. Obtaining an RA Number: To obtain a valid RA number please email at the customer service email address provided in the Seller profile and include your order number, description of the problem and your contact information. You will be emailed your RA number with complete return instructions with 72 hours. Once the RA number is issued you must return the product within fourteen days or the RA number will expire and shipment will be refused. All returns without valid RA numbers will be refused. When returning an item, it is the sender responsibility to ensure that all articles are received by Super Electronics Warehouse and that they are received undamaged. Using an insured shipping method is recommended. We will not be held liable for inbound parcels which are misdirected, damaged, or lost in transit.
ShippingWe will ship your in-stock order within 24 hours payment verification. Shipping is free. We will ship to all 50 States. Orders placed Monday-Thursday will be processed the following day. Orders received Friday-Sunday will be processed on Monday (excluding Holidays). Depending on the size and weight of your purchase, we will ship via the most dependable and cost-effective mode of transport for your purchase. We ship via FedEx and UPS [we do not ship to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses]. 42" and larger televisions and larger items will be delivered at the curb and it will be your responsibility to bring the item in your home.
Freight Orders: If your order was shipped via an LTL carrier such as Pilot Freight, ABF, YRC or any other carrier with the exception of UPS and FedEx it is your responsibility to inspect the package and contents before signing the delivery receipt. If there are any problems with the packaging it is important you note them on the receipt. If the item is damaged (such as a cracked screen or physical damage to the unit) please refuse the delivery. This is to protect you in the event that a damaged package claim needs to be filed. We are unable to except returns for physical damage to TVs if the shipment was signed for free of all damage. If damage is noted on the delivery receipt this policy becomes much more flexible and as always, we will continue to do everything we can to create a satisfied customer.

CancellationsOrders are processed so quickly it is difficult to cancel an order once you receive your order confirmation E-mail. If you need to cancel an order, please notify us immediately and we will make every effort to cancel it at no cost to you. Refused packages will be charged a minimum of the original freight charges to cover outbound and return shipping.
